I Am Feeling A Sudden Back Pain, What It Is ?

I am feeling a sudden back pain which is just 2inches below the neck, it comes suddenly, feeling like more burning rather than pain, after rubbing that part it disappears. I'm getting it sometimes but today it happened thrice. What it is?

It seems that you might have some muscle catch giving stiffness of muscles.
Take analgesic tab.
Apply analgesic cream.
