Thanks for asking the query,
Difficulty in breathing occurs due to blockage of passages like mouth, nose, throat, i would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist and get the checkup done.
Other then this it can be due to heart diseases, lung diseases, some emotional stress, anxiety, i would suggest you get a complete physical evaluation done by the Physician.
Also maintain a good oral hygiene.

As per your description to heavy breath there are many causes:-

There could be various causes for heavy breathing like asthma or sinusitis or general condition like anaemia,hypertension etc.
You require to consult a doctor so that he can examine you and then get relevant investigations done to find the cause.Once cause is found,you can be treated easily.

Are you a smoker?? There are many reasons for shortness of breath.
a. Asthma
b. Pneumonia
c. Brnochitis
d. Chronic obstructive lung disease
e. Pulmonary embolism
You need to proceed with chest x ray and lung function tests.
