I Am Feeling My Chest Hurts And Rushes When Climbing One Flight Of Stairs, Why It Is Happening So ?
The center of my chest hurts and my heart rushes when climbing one flight of stairs. what's the cause? where I work at I have some stairs to climb. maybe 16 steps. Before I reach the top I am totally out of breath and my heart is really racing. I really need some help with this one. Can you help? No I am not over weight. very slim. 5 4 125 lbs.

You are having some problem related to depreviation of oxygen on exertion, the only reasons I can find are:
You do no physical activity.
You are a bit overweight so loose weight.
control fat and sugar in your diet.
No stimulants.
Have yourself consulted as lung and cardiac diseases need to be excluded.

Most probably you might have lack of exercise.
But as you have specifically problem while climbing upstairs,it should be evaluated.
Consult physician and go for ECG or if require treadmeal test to rule out cardiac cause.
If all are fine then go for regular exercise like running,swimming daily for 30=40 mnt,5 days in a week.

As you are not obese complains if started recently needs due attention.Get checked
your Blood pressure,sugar,ECG,TMT and Echoreport,and haemoglobin as well if ok.
you should sart doing exercise to built yor physical capacity.It should be done as early
