I Am Feeling Some Cough And Sound Problem, Please Advise Me
Age-43, Weight-100 Kg, Sex-male,
Sir, I am known smoker of average 4-5 last 20 years, and chewing of tobboco last 5 years but all are not continuous one taken in absense of another. From the month opf Oct-2010, I am feeling some cough and sound problem because, In night sound of whistle from my throat/neck comes, some times sneezing number of times, and some time feel irritation in mouth. As last information in month of Oct 2010 due to high speed of AC, I feel that day of severing and cough from next day its not cure that day. please advise but the problem, my doctor advice for rbonik plus.

thanks for choosing health care majic.So you are very over weight.stop smoking and tobacco immediately.I think you are having breathing diffculty at night as you are saying and sounds come out from your throat when you sleep.This could be due to excess weight or smokers bronchitis.Pl.see a physician and get your self examined.You may need further evaluation.in mean time avoid smoking as advised,start doing some light exercise,avoid junk food and take health diet.

You are having allergic problems with obesity ad sleep apnoea. All these are interwoven. First of all you need to reduce smoking, tobacco chewing and also your weight. You are very young and you seem to be very obese. You have to perform certain exercise which will reduce your weight. Diet control is another form of reducing the weight. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to sleep more on the left side so that the snoring will reduce.
