I Am Getting A Severe Pain And Burning Sensation In My Right Leg
Hi I am getting a severe pain and burning sensation in my right leg above my knee. It has been happening for a few days but seems to be getting worse and affecting my groin area now as well.

You have not mentioned your age. The causes differ according to the age group. Severe pain and burning sensation in the thigh could be caused several conditions such as, some pathology in the thigh muscles or connective tissue, compression of nerves, lipoma, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes etc.
A detailed clinical examination and relevant investigations including nerve conduction tests, electromyography, ultrasound scan, colour Doppler study etc. may be necessary to arrive at the correct diagnosis.
Once the diagnosis is established, treatment can be undertaken accordingly.
