I Am Having A Sharp Wrist Pain

Hello I m 18 years old and I have a question concerning wrist pain . One day I was working out later that day I started feeling discomfort in my right wrist. The pain is rite under the bone that pops out of the wrist. It s a very Sharp pain. I can t even shoot a basketball. Or bend.my wrist certain ways. Please help me. Thanks a lot

do get an xray. but looks like a sprain of the wrist ligament. u will need rest for some period(3-4weeks) . medications for pain and swelling will help.
