I Am Having Irregular Periods Due To Hormonal Imbalance

Hello I have had a an a non hormonal iud for two years and seven months ago i changed partners. Since than I have had a white thickish discharge between periods,irregular periods coming anywhere from 18- 30 days apart and bleeding after sex . Sometimes my periods are heavy lasting 6 days other times they are 3 days. I was seen about five months ago and was told I have cysts but this problem doesnt stop any advice?

I think that you should change your method of contraception. You should go for OCPs instead of IUD. That is more suited for you.
