I Am Having Mild Stomach Pains And My Stool Comes Out Very Narrow. What I Can Do ?

Lately I have been having minor stomach pains above my navel that comes and goes and also moves to the left and right side of my stomach, I have also noticed that my stool is coming out very narrow. No blood in stool though. I also noticed that anytime my heart rate increases from exercise I become bloated and gassy with minor muscle aches . And all these has only been going on for about a month and a half. What could be causing all this?

the gastric symptoms can be corrected by eating a healthy diet at regular intervals..
drink lots of water ,juices and fruits.. like banana, guava and strawberries..
do not eat oily spicy and fried foods..
take rest and sleep
destress your self..

The complaints of stomach look to be because of gas trouble;as you also feel bloated & have minor muscular aches .These things happen mainly due to lack of physical exercise with odd timings of having food or not having proper food.The increase in heart rate is anxiety which you are having & is because of some mental stress you are going through.Please try to sort out your stress or tension you are going through & regularlu do exercise & things should improve.Share your feelings with relatives/friends & you should feel better once you get moral support.
