I Am Having Pain On My Foot After I Had

I am having pain on my foot after I had felt down on it and hit a steel beam. The doctor made X-RAY and found nothing. He prescribed for me reparil dragees to stop the swelling. I have stopped the medicine after 10 days and now my foot and precisely at my toe area is back in pain and the swelling came back. Can I just restart the treatment with reparil and what side effect it can cause knowing that I am on high BP medication and taking daily Coveram 10/10 and Natrilix SR.
