I Am Having Problem On Knee Joint, What Is The Treatment ?

Dear sir I am having problem on Knee Joint and the MRI report is 1. Bucket handle tear of medial meniscus 2. partial tear of ACL from its femoral attachment 3. Mild synovial effusion/hemarthrosis please suggest the treatment and recovery

hi..., The above report suggestive of, injury to the Medial meniscus,
Anterior cruciate ligament, , these injury will take about around 3 to
6 months heal.... complete rest of the affected knee is required..
you need to wear knee brace to prevent any strain...
