I Am In Constant Back Pain, What Could Be The Reason?

I am in constant back pain . I wake up every day with throbbing back aches , and they last all day until i go to bed. Ive tried OTC painkillers , everything from acetaminophen to naproxen to IB profen and back to aspirin , nothing helps me. I also get headaches alot, but not as much as my back aches. Every now and then, i have a weird pain in the right side of my neck. It hurts like hell whenever i bend my neck that way, but mostly my problem is with my back. Is my back something I should just learn to deal with or do I need to go to the doctor for it? And by the way, im only 18.

Thanks for the query

I could have helped better if u had told me your age.
Your symptoms does sound a lot like spondylosis, so u need an x ray done. Please meet an orthopedician immediately. U have taken enough painkillers so its time u find out why u r having the constant backache
