Pcod is a metabolic problem causing hormonal imbalance. There is no point getting depressed. As stress by itself will worsen the situation and add more problems. So start working out and diet.Walk for one hour a day .Avoid eating rice and sweets and take plenty of fruits and vegetable

HI Anirda, i hope my email will cheer u up. I was laos diagnosed with PCOS and was trying to conceive since last two years, i conceived also with medicine last year. but had a missed abortion in 3rd month bcos the fetus had abnormal chromosomal defect. Last month i did yoga regularly and was surprised to know that i m pregnant without taking any medicine. so yoga can do wonders. im telling u frm my own experfience, so dnt lose heart. PCOS is a very common syndrome these days, dere is nothing to worry abt, all will b well, god bless u!
