I Am Still Havign Significant Pain Radiating Up My Leg And Through My Toes

I got hit with a line drive last week in softball on the inside of my ankle. There was immediate swelling and the initial x-rays that night, the doctor said it was just a bruise. I stayed off of it for a few days and have continued to ice it, take ibprofuen, and elevate when possible. However, it has been over a week and I am still havign significant pain radiating up my leg and through my toes.

Hi.. An Xray can clealy differentiate a fracture from the soft tissue injuries.. You would need better analgesics if ibuprofen is not helping the pain.. Continue with providing rest and the icing.. Hope this message has been useful to you...
