I Am Suffering From OAB And Wet Myself And Feels Extremely Dizzy. How To Overcome This?

I am a 54 year old woman with OAB. I wet myself before I got up this morning without knowing it. Didn't feel I had to go just wet my pants. Also I am extremely dizzy. Don't know if the two are related. Can you help me? I'm not paying for this, I have a urologist. Didn't know there was a fee for this. Thanks anyway. God bless!!

Urologist 's  Response
Hi
There are many causes of overactive bladder. Common causes include urinary tract infection, stone in the bladder, a mass in the pelvis, constipation etc. Occasionally it might be secondary to stress urinary incontinence. Drinking fizzy drinks, coffee and tea and cocoa drinks can make it worse.
Sometimes the cause is not known.
Your dizziness and urinary leak is unlikely to be related.
Please see your urologist to ascertain the cause and appropriate treatment.
It would be useful to cut down on caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee.
