I Am Suffering From Dm, What Should I Do ?

I am fifty years old teacher in a university and from last ten years suffering from dm. I am taking met ride 2 once in a day but three day back when i got sugar checked it was 304 in fasting and 418 in pp so i have started taking met ride 1 in night also and today i get checked my sugar again it was 219 in fasting and 241 in pp so what should i do?
