I Am Suffering From Severe Hair Loss & Dandruff. On Dermaroller Treatment. Using Minoxidil 10 & Dermaroller. Any Advice?

I am suffering from severe hair loss. i have dandruff also in my hair. My dermatologist suggested me to do dermaroller treatment. I am doing it everyday from last one month. After dermaroller I apply minoxidil 10. but no sign of less hair fall. Also not getting hair regrowth. I ma using .5 mm dermaroller. I am not taking any other medicine.

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
You seem to be taking the correct treatment. It takes time for the treatment to work. It takes at least 6 weeks for the minoxidil to show its effect. Initially, the hair fall gets arrested and only later will new hairs appear.you could also take oral supplements containing biotin, L- cysteine and L- methionine.
For dandruff, use a shampoo containing ketoconazole every alternate day .
