I Am Taking Snacks During Lunch Time,is It Good ?

I am skipping lunch. wan to take heavy breakfast and light dinner I am working in office. I am sitting in front of computer all the time. After taking my lunch, i have to sit again. I feel so uncomfortable and my tummy is nt reducing. SO i was thinking to take heavy breakfast(not too heavy) like grain bread, cereals with fruits. And will take snack at 10 am. For lunch i am planning to take sumthin very light like fruits and nuts. At 4 pm again im goin to take snacks and at night, i will take sumthin light before 7pm. I am taking 5 meals per day but in a small amount, taking snacks during lunch time. Do you think it is good ?

Having heavy breakfast is good and  at the same time do have good lunch and for the dinner u can have it light! and if possible take a walk after ur breakfast & lunch this will help u keep ur self healthy!

The answer would be NO, it is better to take good healthy breakfast like cereals any fruit or fruit juice and light lunch like one or two rotis with cup of rice with non spicy and non oily gravy and light snack or cup of tea or juice in the evevning and finally end your day with light dinner with a fruit. The principle eat three times a day but in limited quantities. The rule is output should be more than the input at the end of day.

Hi dear,
What r u exactly trying to do? dieting?? and weight loss?? then you have to meet a dietician or nutritionist to get a weight reducing diet. What is ur weight now? It has to be optimum according to ur height and age. It is not good to keep empty stomach for long time. You may develop gastric ulcer in future. Take care.
