I Am Too Skinny And Would Like To Have Endura Mass. Suggestions?

hi i am sid. i am 23 and my height is 6 2 and i weigh 48kg. i work at a call center where my shift ends at 3am. so i dont get a proper sleep and cant have my breakfast. i smoke 5 cigrates a day. i want to have emdura mass because some of my freinds suggested me. i am too skinny and i want to gain weight very soon. please help me. thanks

It appears that you are leading a sedentary lifestyle which is the main cause of all modern disease, like Heart disease, Hormonal imbalance, Ovary Cyest, hypertension etc. You are already suffering Mal Nutrition and as a result lost substantial weight which is very alarming.

-You have to gain atleast 25-28 kg additional weight to maintain perfect BMI of 22
- Intake of Nutrient food of 1250 Kilo calories
- Reduce Carbohydrates and add protein and Fiber from natural source.
- Add antioxidant, Phytonutrientsetc. from Green Vegetables & Fruits etc.
- Stop Cigarette, Alcohol, Fast Food , Junk food.
- Take rest / sleep for 6-7 hours at day time
- Take bath by hot n cold water
- Practice Yoga at your suitable time for 30 mins.
