I Am Wondering If There Is A Possibility That I

I am wondering if there is a possibility that I may have ovarian cancer? I'm only 18 but I have almost all of the symptoms I have seen on all of the articles in my university's database that I could find. Two months ago I went to the ER because my stomach was extremely bloated and hurt to the point that I cried. The doctors did a CT and said my appendix looked fine and to come back if it got worse. For about a month it hurt consistently but not as servere as that night. Since then I've had 4 more "attacks" where this has happened. For the past month I have felt full consistently which only worsens when eating. My stomach has expanded to the point where I look 5 months pregnant. I am also tired all of the time, even if I sleep all day and all night. I feel the need to urinate frequently. I can't take deep breaths because it hurts. My stomach has expanded and yet my ribs and hipbones have become more prominent. I feel a heaviness in my abdomen and pelvis. I have little to no appetite and have been eating 2 meals a day because eating makes the swelling of my stomach worsen.
