I Cannot Urinate Properly, Why ?
Dear Doctor , i have a situation where my bladder is full but cannot urinate with full power and satisfaction. After some pressuring the urine comes out and in slow stream. So it takes long time to urine. Please suggest remedy - medicine or exercise etc... Thanks. Age:45, height:5 7 weight: 67kgs, Medical history: none, however lately I have sleep disorders - cannot fall in deep sleep.
