I struggle with self-harm .Not too badly usually, but I cut myself deeply inside my vagina very deeply.How do I know if I need stitches? Does it heal faster there?

if wound is not bigger then it will heal its own
apply antibiotic cream twice a day
dont harm it more now
if u feel more painful then consult dr.
