I Do Smoke From The Last 7 Years Now I Am 20. Is There Any Chances To Get Any Disease From This?

I'm in my late 20's and been smoking since I was 13, is it possible to have smoking related problems now? Being specific, have shortness of breath and at times I feel like my heart is being squeezed and my pulse slows down and it almost feels like I got to struggle for air for a few seconds. Any info will help!

its not only possible, it's probable. See a doctor ASAP. It will only get worse. I know it isn't easy, but you need to find a way to quit. I'm using Chantix- so far, so good.
