small beard on my face and also look like small even i am 25 but look like 20 hello i haev not come full beard on my face.its come only spot spot on full face so please help me how it comes in early.bcoz in few month i get married.So please do the needful

Looks like u have an endocrine problem, it could be dur to various treateable reasons. I suggest you go and consult an endocronologist for further help. Fishing and aribitary investigations might land u up with more costs than necessary
