I Experience A Rather Painful Stinging Sensation On Passing Urine

Hello. Every time I urinate I experience a rather painful stinging sensation however it is dislike a urine infection. I am concerned that this may be an STI. I have experienced this over the last 6months or so.

It could be due to endometriosis too. I had similar problems. I had to undergo a laparoscopy to treta it. Now that sensation is gone.
