I Feel My Heart Slow Down And Get Really Loud. Whats Up With That ?

im not overweight and my blood pressure is usually about normal sometimes even below usually about 105/65 but a couple times a week i get this things that happens with my heart. ill just be doing something random sitting or walking anything and I feel my heart slow down and get really loud. and with each slow beat it feels like someones stabbing me ? whats up with that ?

The sensation you are feeling is called palpitations. They can be innocent or a sign of a more serious condition such as an arrhythmia of some type. At this point no one can tell you any more than that. If you have a heart murmur, there is no question that you should see a cardiologist to get the proper tests scheduled. Otherwise consult your doctor about your problem.
