I Feel Slight Nausea, Sleepy And Loss Of Appetite. Should I Go To Hospital?
I fainted about 30 hours ago , I hit my head and was out for about 10 seconds . I have a couple bumps on my head and have a mild - moderate headache still. I have had slight nausea and lack of appetite . I am also very sleepy , should I go to hospital ?

Dear Friend.
If you got faint after a head injury , you should go to ER and get CT Scan head to rule out Subdural Hematoma.
In case you got faint without head trauma , you still need evaluation to find out if yoi had any seizure activity , and if yes to rule out the causes.
In any case there in no point in seeking medical advice online , I suggest you to go to emergency of a hospital with a family member or a friend.
