I Feel Stress In My Chest. My Pulse Rate 60-65. Is It OK?

My heart rate is slow and the doctor said that with some people 60-65 pulse rate is normal. But I feel stress in my chest, especially if I pick up something heavy, I'm short of breath at times and most of all I don't feel well. I have had the electric cardo gram and that where I got the 60-65 heart rate. Next month i'm going for the stress test. I feel there is something defentely going on with my heart, I'm not the type to make something out of nothing, plus I don't feel well. Do you think there could be more going on with my heart.
