Dear Surya Hi
From your symptoms & nature of injury, it is most probably due to Meniscus injury.
Even after rest & rehab. it is not improving, then must go for MRI Knee joint ASAP.

Hi,
probably you have injured your meniscus, Get an MRI of the knee done . MRI is an radiological investigation, which reveals the soft tissue injuries. Send the report of MRI to me at drsssoni@gmail.com
