I Feel Vomiting.high Fever And Headache After Taking Pregnacare. Am I Pregnant ?

i am 27 ttc i missed my period after using pregnacare conception for about a week now. right now i feel like vomitting, fever with high temperature and a slight headache . am i pregnant?

Thanks for your query.     
Fever & headache is not a sign of pregnancy . Vomiting associated with fever & headache is more a sign of infection than pregnancy,so get proper treatment.
