I am really worried I found a smallish lump under my niple tender and sore to touch is it cancer I am a 12 year old boy

Nice observation. Usually it will be benign one like a fat growth. But do get it examined by a general surgeon for clarification purpose.

ok 1st get naked if u have a husband get his hand in ur vagina and make sure u dont have any lumps down there
