I Gave My Child Paracetomol Tablet For 3 Times For Fever, But It Did Not Work

my 6 month baby have heavy fever we gave the paracetomol tablet for 3 times but did not stop the fever what can i do next?, our family dr. is presently not available. so this time how can i manage them ?

parecatamol should be given 4 times daily at the interval of 6 hours for 3 to 4 days if after this also it doesent disappear than yo can approach your doctor
