I Get My Period After A Long Time Gap
Irregular period.I get my period after 3 months.Last i got almost after 10 months.I am on a very heavy side.People say due to Menstural.Can u suggest any treatment.

You forget to mention your age,it matters lot.If you are near 40 years or 40 years plus this could be due to pre-menopause.At this time this happens due to hormonal changes and that is natural.If you are younger and having this problem you should go to visit a gaynecologist.otherwise take light diet,if you are over weight reduce weight.
