I Get Shooting Pain In The Top Of My Arms.

I get shooting pain in the top of my arms. It happens sometimes if I reach in to the back seat of my car. I am not stretching my arm but just gently reaching back. This is in my right upper arm. The pain is very intense and almost brings me to tears. It stops within 1-2 minutes. My left upper arm has a sore and bruised feeling all the time. I have also had shooting tearing feelings in my wrist lately as well as in the back of my heel. It is very short lived but intense pain. I have also had problems with shooting tingling pain in my middle toes, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right side toes. It seems to be getting worse. Do you have any suggestions or ideas what I might have. Thank you! Debbie
