I Got A Very Tight Fore Skin After Having Intercourse

Hello All, After having intercourse for the first time, I found out that i have really a tight fore skin, beacuse of which i could not penetrate and ruptured by foreskin badly. Now I want to know is there a remedy for this without undergoing surgery?

Usually this is treated surgically. So you should meet a Urologist.
