Hi,
You may have fistula. Please go to a surgean for proper treatment. Avoid spicy food.

but does fistula has symtoms like pain while sitting but minimal pain while standing and can it be trated through antibiotics
General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The mucus and blood you had was probably discharge from the fistula ;or a sinus(pilonidal sinus).Both of these are near to rectum and the treatment is most of the time surgical excision.So please get examined by a surgeon and he will decide whether you can be treated with medicine or need surgery.
Thanks
