I Got Punched In The Ear And Having Pain,pressure

Ear injury I got punched in the ear, slight bleeding , pain and pressure . I got punched in the ear and I can t hear anything, have a slight bloody discharge with pain, pressure from swelling and ringing. Will this heal on its own or should I be concerned?

a competent ENT ASAP.
