Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Harsh Swarup's Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I had understood your concern. As now it has been nearly 3 years post surgery. So you can start riding two wheeler but drive with wearing lumbar corset when you ride. And ride slowly to prevent any bumps on road and you need not apply brakes suddenly as it might give a jerk at back. Don't put any back pack on your shoulders.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harsh Swarup
