I Had A Laparascopic Cholysystectomy On Friday The 13th. All

I had a laparascopic cholysystectomy on Friday the 13th. All of my side effects of my gallbladder are gone, and all of my incision sights have healed wonderfully. However, I'm having excruciating pain to the left of my belly button. There is a lump in the spot where it's painful also. I'm wondering if it's something that will go away if I'm patient, or if it is something of concern. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
