I Had A Weird Pop In My Head, Any Idea Whats Wrong With Me ?

I had a weird pop in my head on wednesday followed by neck tingling and my eyes were flashing like strobe lights. I later threw up after that. It has been five days now and I still feel weird head neck and eye sensations but no throbbing pain.. any thoughts?

I'm Allison and I'm 20 years old and have no medical record of anything. I also went to the hospital and had a ct scan and blood tests and everything came back negative.. it is freaking me out that I dont know what exactly is wrong with me. If someone can please give me some advice?

I THINK YOU DIDNOT HAVE GOOD SLEEP BEFORE THAT NIGHT OR VER STRAINOUS PUT BELOW NECK WHILE SLEEPING OR SOME UNNOTICED JERK IN HEAD OR NECK REGION AS HEAD AND NECK CT SCAN IS NORMAL AND BLOOD REPORTS NORMAL,DONOT THINK ANY THING SERIOUS BUT REMAIN IN FOLLOW UP IF IT AGAIN HAPPENS GO FOR EEG EXAMINATIONAS IT MAY BE ONETYPE OF EPILEPSY IF NO RECURRENCE BE FREE USE ANALGESIC .
