I Had Bloody Stool

i noticed abot two weeks ago i had bloody stool, i thought it was just my butt hole because its been sore itchy red that maybe when the stool came out it got scratch. but to day there was blood liking from the stool all so it surrounded the clumps of stool. lately my stool has sunk to the bottom it didn't float is that also involved with this?? please help me.

Are you having hemorrhoids? Because I know that piles or hemorrhoids causes bleeding at stool. Have you got it checked. Do get it examined by a Gastroenterologist.
