I Had Pain Two Weeks Ago Tomorrow On The Bottom

I had pain two weeks ago tomorrow on the bottom of my right foot. Hurt to walk on it and had some swelling. Went to the Doc and she gave me an xray. Said I had a small bone spur in my heel. She told me to take Advil for the swelling. The pain has subsided but the swelling is still there. Top of the foot and ankle. Should I go back to the Doc or wait a bit longer?

I am thinking that maybe I am allergic to the Advila as I have arthritis and was on meloxicam and swelled pretty bad too. Thoughts?
