I Had Taken Deviry For 7 Days. Now After Stopping It I Have Spotting, Stomach Pain. Din T Get My Periods. Problem?

Hi doctor,
I wanted to postpone my periods due to family function... my gynecologist prescribed me to take deviry 10mg tablet seven days before my due date(1 tablet at night). i stopped after taking it for 7 days. I had light spotting on the second day wen i stopped the tablet nd today 4th day i got severe stomacach morning.... i didn't get my periods.... what could be the reason??? can you please help me out...

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
I think you may consult a gynaecologist for your delayed period but you don't worry your period may be delayed because of hormonal changes also.
You can wait for another 4-5 days for period to come.
