There are medicines available like telmivudine, lamivudine, interferons etcfor it but you need to get some investigations before it. Consult a physician or a gastroenterologist.

Being HbsAg+ve, the most common ailment u can get is Hepatitis meaning liver disease.. It may persist chronically.. Hence associated liver complications can occur. U should know it can be transmitted to others through sex, body blood or fluid contact. U should take necessary precautions for that.
If u have any habits like smoking or alcohol, u have to quit immediately as these can worsen ur condition.
Medicine are available to help u prevent complications, for which u have to meet physician.
