I Have IBS Though If I Address Through Stress Reduction

I have IBS though if I address through stress reduction and monitor foods it is now reasonable. Recently I have experienced middle back pain that is severe. If I move my breath is taken away, can't stand up straight, or move in a chair. It gets worse if I stand or exercise. It feels somewhat like I have broken my spine. If I exercise and stretch my back it is relieved for a time. I initially thought it was my IBS and that the stools were sitting on my spine? It has not gone way and I am now getting concerned.
