I Have A 4 Yr Old Daughter Who Got The

I have a 4 yr old daughter who got the puking flu Sunday afternoon and vomited atleast 20 times. She can hold water but nothing else. She puked yesterday everytime she put something in her stomach and then once in her sleep last night. Today she ate 2 bites od sausage and then slept alot of the day and is running a slight fever now. She drank a little 7up and just puked again. She says her ear hurts now. Does this warrant an ER trip tonight or can I hold of till dr opens tomorrow. IS this normal as all my 4 other children and I got it and we over within 24 hrs
