I have a big stomach I tried to decrease a lot. I am exercising a lot and I completely stop eating junk foods but it s the same how can you help me please

tummy tuck surgery is very good and have excellent results to shape up the belly. they also do reduce the size of the stomach inside and will prevent us from getting the belly grown back again
