I Have A Credit Card With $14.50 So I Am

I have a credit card with $14.50 so I am 50 cents off.I have a chronic blood clot and have been off Coumadin for a few years due to lack of health insurance. My legs keeps swelling up and is extremely painful. I have self diagnosed post thrombotic syndrome but I have no health insurance and can't afford to see a physician. I also have fibromyalgia that is ruining my life. Is there any way to make a md visit affordable -I'm afraid I am going to have a stoke due to the fact that I can't stop smoking. I am unemployed and in more pain than I can handle, I'm afraid that I am going to just give up and stay in bed and wait for the inevitable clot to travel to my heart or brain. I'm very anxious and have severe insomnia since I was a child. My whole family takes meds to sleep at night except me now due to lack of health insurance. I worked in the medical field for years and am very disappointed that I can not get any pro bono help before I lose all hope or pass away leaving my handicap child motherless. Any suggestion are welcome
