I Have A High Heart Rate

I have a high heart rate and need a bit of help to calm myself down. I'm overweight(1,75 meters, 90 kg's) and my heart rate is 97-101 beats per minute. I'm also sick now(that nasty common cold) and just got off pneumonia medication(I.E. antibiotics) a week ago. I'm also 14, turning 15 in about 2 months. Is this heart rate normal and if it's not could all of the factors above influence my heart rate?

It seems ok for a teen to have that kind of heart rate.plus you have just recovered from your illness, which may also influence the heart.
