In through your nose and out through your mouth. I would like the the ten points please. You also spelled help wrong, hypoxia I don't think so. Do a search on your computer. You also should of posted this under repiratory, not heart disease. Edit: just checking, are you still alive? Could you kindly give me the ten points before you leave this earth? Or before you go to bed.
