I Have A Problem With My Forearm,it Always Hurts When I Mone It. Is There Any Problem With My Forearm ?

After my football game, My forearm hurts whenever i move my wrist. it seems that whenever i move my wrist up or down, it tightens or pulls something in my forearm.

Hi Jose,
you may suffered trauma to wrist when you were playing football due to this you have pain associated with spasm of forearm muscles due to pain during movement of wrist, give a absolute rest to wrist for a week, take analgesics, if pain does not subside with this consult orthopedecian for evaluation and treatment

Hello.Welcome.You have hurt your wrist joint while playing.Put crepe bandage around your wrist,Do hot fomentations,Don't lift weight with that hand and take a anti inlammatory like diclofenac 75 mg twice daily for 7 days.Good luck.

overuse. its sore from being used the entire game probably. let it heal and take it easy then practice things to help it get used to all the movements/contractions

It seems that you got sprain or muscle pull of the wrist.
Apply local analgesic cream,do hot fomentation .
Give rest to the part.
